Our Story
Since the inception of C@nspecs Pte Ltd, the company has achieved several notable achievements and recognitions. Our clients include developers, Singapore government agencies and statutory boards, contractors as well as architectural and engineering consultants. Our construction projects cover the entire spectrum — residential, commercial, infrastructure and institutional projects. With a staff strength of 70 which includes engineers, qualified supervisors and senior site staff, we are a leading private consultancy in this field and are widely recognised by fellow Singaporean construction firms and government departments as a leading player in the Singapore construction industry with our proven track record.
Our Vision
To achieve engineering quality objectives in construction projects with quality assurance and quality control inspection, supervision and management with labour saving methods such as adoption of precast concrete solutions for efficient project delivery.
