Project Management
As Project Manager, we drive the project from concept to delivery, with a team of consultants in the field of Architecture, Civil and Structural Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Construction Management
As Construction Manager, we plan site activities from site mobilisation, setting-out works to the mobilisation of foundation and sub-structure works, appointment of sub-contractors to execute specialised engineering services, planning of super-structure and architectural works to the completion stage and handover including approvals.
Construction Supervision
We supervise construction works in all disciplines for all types of projects including infrastructure, marine and building works. Our Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) ensure compliance with design specifications, building regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Structural Inspection of Buildings & Infrastructure
We inspect buildings, external works and infrastructure to document the condition of existing structures or elements. Our team provides detailed reports with photographic evidence for assessment, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance.
Pre-condition & Post-condition Survey
Appointed by contractors, we undertake pre-condition and post-condition surveys of all buildings located within the influence zone of construction activity. We prepare reports with photographic evidence of any cracks or defects and the general condition of buildings inspected, endorsed by a Professional Engineer, which can be used for settlement of disputes if the need arises.
Quality Assurance Management / Quality Control Inspection
Our Quality Assurance service comprises quality control inspection and quality assurance management for structural steel works, precast concrete in infrastructure and building projects. We ensure compliance with applicable standards and client specifications through systematic inspection, testing, and documentation.
