Open Positions
Resident Technical Officer (C&S)
Represent clients on HDB/LTA construction sites. Supervise construction works, maintain quality control, and ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and prevailing regulations. Read and interpret architectural drawings, inspect materials and workmanship, perform quality tests, and prepare progress reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil & Structural (C&S) Engineering
- Ideally accredited as a C&S RTO by IES/ACES JAC
- Certificate in BCSS or equivalent construction safety certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as RTO or Site Engineer on HDB/LTA projects
